We offer a variety of services including Structural design and Architectural design, Seismic Retrofit (soft- story, foundation anchorage, unreinforced masonry), Residence addition or remodel, Tenant Improvements, Insurance Distress Report Claims, and Title 24 energy calculations. We are committed to using the latest technology and software to provide efficient and effective solutions.

There are three options in which we deliver projects:

(1) architectural and structural plans 

(2)  structural calculations & plans (architectural plans provided by others) 

(3)  structural calculations, details, and redlines (architectural plans and structural plans provided by others)
